Tyrida can study on the metal failure raised by the customers and analyze the causes of the failure. In addition, Tyrida will provide a professional technical solution as per the failure causes.

Stationary type LSP Equipment-Applicable to process blisk, blades and critical metal components in factory
Mobile LSP Equipment-Applicable to process immovable large-scale components for high-end manufacturing industries
High-efficient LSP Equipment-Applicable to replace shot peening to some degree and achieve more effective result than shot peening

Tyrida undertook and also led the Naitional Key Project financed by Chinese government, and such project gathered 6 universities, 9 companies, 5 national laboratories, 3 national engineering & technical centers and more than 100 experts and technicians.

Tyrida has been given some works by Chinese military  for LSP process services, such as turbine blades, aeroengine components. All parts were tested by various institutes authorized by Chinese military and proved that the faigue strength were improved accordingly after LSP process. Thus the fatigue failiure issues of components were solved.
Tyrida has acquired LSP process supplier qualification (Supplier Code: M36855) from GE and became the only foreign LSP service supplier for GE.
Tyrida has been working with numerous partners and customers, such as GE, Shanghai Jiaotong University, etc., and continuing in development and research on LSP application to various metal, such as steel alloy, titanium alloy, aluminium alloy, nickel alloy, etc., from kinds of industries.
